Orders, returns, sizing and care.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping on all orders arrives within seven (7) business days.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be unworn, with tags on and in its original packaging. Email contact@morphny.com to start a return and we’ll send you a return label. Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned. Read the full refund policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you want. It’s the fastest way to get it.
How do I find my size?
Our size guide lists body measurements for every style. Between sizes? Each chart says whether to size up or down.
How do I care for my Morph pieces?
Wash cool and inside out with a mild detergent, and wash dark colours separately. Reshape while damp. Don’t tumble dry or dry clean. Cool iron on the reverse, never over any decoration.
